Best heel inserts?

What are the best inserts you have found for heels that helps reduce pressure on the ball of the foot, increase comfort, etc? I have found a. Few with good reviews but thought I would see what other brides found helpful. TIA!

I like Dr. Scholls. They have so many different kinds.

I love the gel Dr. Scholl's womens for heels. I wear them in my heels when I go out and they feel great to me!
