went to a dress store with my one bm and this was our fave dress. however - i have two bm's that are a little bigger, i would guess no larger than size 16s, and the one girls only request was the dress wasn't too tight. the lady at the dress store described this dress more trumpet than mermaid, whatever that means. i think it will be okay as long as she gets the right size? what do you all think? this was the only pic on the manufactures website so its hard to really see the shape of it.
