Bridesmaids jewelry

My wedding colors are cobalt blue with a splash of orange/melon.  My 5 bridesmaids are wearing cobalt dresses and silver shoes.  Any suggestions on where to find blue/orange jewerly as their gift?  I was thinking of purchasing various pieces... necklace, earrings, bracelet, hair clips, etc... but I'm having the HARDEST time finding this color combination!!!  Please HELP!!!

  • I would try etsy, but I mostly see metallics on there. You may have more luck in the spring/summer because those colours aren't very popular for the winter. Good luck with your search!

  • If it's for them to wear at your wedding to fulfill your vision then it's not a gift for them, it's a gift for you.  Let them wear their own and get them something that each of them would like (not necessarily the same type of gift.  Book, gift card to a restaurant).

  • Ditto jagore and stage. Let them wear their own jewelry.

Ditto pp's jewelery that you want them to wear for the wedding to complete your vision is definitely not a gift that thanks them for being a part of your big day. Especially if it's in colors that are not easily matched to every day outfits. I gave my girls pearl necklaces that had matching earrings that I purchased from an Etsy seller. I never told them to wear it for the wedding, but they all did and some of them still wear the necklaces since they're so neutral and classic. I gave them other gifts as well, and made a scrapbook for my MOH of us over the years as her something extra.
  • I agree with PP.

What are the chances that blue/orange jewelery is totally your bm's style and something they would actually want?  If it's something they'll wear in your wedding as part of their bridesmaid uniform, it's not a gift for them.  Especially if they'll likely never touch it again.

Buy them something for THEM.  That's what a gift is supposed to be.

And ditto Stage on silver jewelery working perfectly fine.
