Mixing veil types?

I bought a cathedral length pencil edge veil off ebay and would like to get a fingertip length to also wear, then remove the cathedral for the reception...my question is, I'd kind of like to have the fingertip veil have a little sparkle...would it be weird if the cathedral was plain and the shorter one on top had a few rhinestones?

Otherwise I could just get another cathedral veil with rhinestones also, but I didn't like the edges quite as much as the first one I'd bought.

What do you guys think??

I think just the shorter veil having rhinestones would be fine.

Thanks ladies! I was hoping so, and so I'll see what it looks like after I order the shorter one...just wanted to avoid the possibility of me walking out wearing them on the big day and people staring kind of like the way they stare when you're fly is down or something (like something is just wrong ha ha).

Me too! Sounds like a great way to get your cathedral veil for the ceremony & still have a reception veil! 

Sparkle on the shorter one will look very beautiful!  Go for it!
