So on the alfred angelo website it allows you to sort bridesmaid dresses by color, and I fell in love with the way "violet" appears online--like at this link

I also am planning to let my girls pick their dress style because they have very different body types so I also need many dresses that come in the same color.
Another question--is purple an okay Summer color? My wedding is July 28, 2012 and since I've been having trouble finding the purple I like anyway I've been debating just switching gears and having the girls wear either Pool or Marine blue on Alfred Angelo.
