I LOVE it!!

It reminds me a lot of this POB dress, with an added sash:

It also for some reason reminds me of several of the Casablanca ballgowns, but none of them are a match.

looks like an Amsale dress called Ella..but it looks like she altered the top to have a sweetheart neckline.
