I met with the florist yesterday, and we were figuring out how many bouts we need. My wedding is going to be in the morning and fairly casual on a lake. I want the ushers (both teenaged boys) and the ring bearer to just wear a white dress shirt and khaki pants.
I thought they should get bouts, but the florist said they really don't need them b/c unless they are wearing jackets or vests, she thinks they look kind of silly just stuck on shirts like that.
I'm thrilled to cut those out and save money, but I kind of feel like maybe they SHOULD have them. For the ushers, won't it sort of "mark" them as part of the wedding crew so people know who these random teenagers standing there are?
