Matching Shoes to Dress

I am having a hard time deciding what color of shoes to wear with my dress.  My dress is champagne colored - and it has a lot of detail on it.  So I can't wear white shoes with it.  I though about wearing red shoes (bridesmaids dresses are red) but I think it would be too much since my dress has so much detail.  What do you think?

Depending on your wedding colors, I think red shoes would be absolutely fabulous. I love bold, bright and more daring colored shoes. It's quite sassy and a lot of fun. And, the combination of champagne and red rings of vintage glam to me.
