Dress Help

We just got engaged April 2nd. Our wedding date is not until Sep 2011.

I went dress shopping with a friend two months ago because FI and I had a ring on layaway and I knew it was going to happen.

My friend and I went for fun but I ended up finding a dress that I really love. It is right in our price range ($500) and I went shopping three more times since and have not been able to find anything I like over $650. I have tried the dress on two more times.

I want to buy the dress because it is in our price range and I am tired of shopping.

Is it too soon to but it now?

Don't let anyone tell you it's too early.  You know if you love the dress, and honestly, it isn't going to go on sale.  I already have my dress (it came much earlier than expected) and my wedding is a year after yours.  I love it and I am happy to be done shopping!  Just imagine if you didn't buy it and weren't able to find one that topped it.... but then you couldn't get the dress you loved originally.  That would be worse than buying this one, and by chance finding one you like more.  But if you quit looking, the latter won't happen
