This weekend I went wedding dress shopping, not expecting to make my final decision. But I absolutely fell in love with a sample dress. The style was discontinued (and the price was great), so I decided rather quickly to purchase the dress. I left the store with it - no returns allowed since its a sample.
I LOVE the dress. But when I got home I noticed a few problems....
There are some stains on the back top part of the dress. I think they are from the clips they use to make the dress fit smaller brides when they are trying it on. It looks almost like rush, only an inch long or so. The gown is a satin-like fabric, so I'm wondering if we'll be able to be the stain out. Can alternations do that?
Additionally, the dress has beaded belt sewn around the waist. But some of the beads are completely missing. Can alternations using fix that? How will they get matching beads?
Anyone had an experience similar to this? I LOVE the dress, but I want it to be perfect of course! I'm so worried!
