Where to buy suits at a discount?

We are trying to avoid renting tuxes as it's a bit too formal for us.  However, we are finding that tux rental shops don't rent suits.  And dress pants w/ shirts and ties can tend to look a bit sloppy (IMO).  So, we're thinking about having our guys buying suits for the wedding, just as girls buy dresses, but didn't want to break the bank.

Are there any reputable online retailers of suits at discounted prices?  I'd like to keep it in the range of $100-150 if possible.

Jos A Banks just had a huge sale a few weeks ago.  JCPenney often has sales on suits.   Men's Warehouse might also, especially if you buy a lot at once (like more than 3).

What kind of suits are you thinking of having them wear?  If you just want them in a black suit, chances are some of them will already own one or be able to borrow one instead of buying.  But if they have to buy, at least they should get plenty of wear out of a black suit (or navy, or charcoal).

Actually H&M is a great place to get suits for $100. My fiance got his suit there. Now their suits are rather thin but are great for guys that get hot in wool suits during the summertime. You can't tell that they are thinner though by looking at them.
They also have more fitted suits. I found that JOS Banks and Men's Wearhouse have suits that are for older business people and my fiance wanted a European suit that was in high style so H&M was perfect.

He also liked Kohl's suits. They had a line called "Billy London" and the "Marc Anthony" line that is more contemporary and around $100 for the suit sets.

Not sure if you have this store close to you, but my FI bought nice cheap suits at K&G. It's a small department store chain. It was like buy 1 suit get 1 suit deal... so he got 2 suits for about $100.
