Shoe Dilemma!

My fiance is 5'9 and I am 5'6. I LOVE heels, but do not want to be taller than him on our wedding day. I've been looking at flats, but I can't find any that feel/look special enough for a bride. Any ideas of what I should do? Thanks!

Small heels, or get fun heels for pictures and change into flatter shoes for the ceremony so that you don't look too much taller.

Honestly, not seeing the dilemma. I'm half an inch taller than my FI. I'll be wearing flats, and there's lots out there. However, I don't know how you define what's special enough for a bride-that's a matter of taste. Have you considered colored shoes? shoe clips to add feathers or rhinestones? Check etsy. You've got quite a range of shoes to pick from, since you've got 3" to play with.

My FI is also only 3 inches taller than I. I found super cute hot pink 2in Stuart Weitzman heels on Zappos (Gigi Ritz). Bit of a splurge, but I really wanted hot pink and I lusted after them for a good 3 months before I finally ordered. They are awesome!!!
