Special Dress

In the latest issue of the knot Ohio there was a dress in it that I can not find anywhere and it is driving me crazy.  I don't have the page number however it is on the same page as the recomended vendors for Toledo.  It has a v-neck with rouching(spelling?) on the bodice.  I really want to find the designer of this dress.  Any help is appreciated.

You may want to try the local board, since this is a international board, most people here most likely will not see it.
