lace gown brides- what accssories are u wearing?

Im wearing Maggie Sottero's Karena- In light gold with ivory lace, and a brown sash.  Im struggling to pick my veil and jewelry- any inspirational photos would be AWESOME! :-)

First off, your dress is BEAUTIFUL!!! The detail on the lace is exquisite. I'm having a little twinge of dress envy right now (I have the Manuel Mota Silaba - gorgeous, but no fun sash!)

I would say as far as jewelry goes, keep it simple, but take the cue from the brooch. You may also want to work some color into it (like a champagne color) to play off the different tones of the dress (check out Emitations.com or OverstockJeweler.com - they both have some really nice, elegant earrings and stuff in different subtle shades). Just don't overdo it - you don't want to compete with that gorgeous dress!!

As far as a veil goes, I've been having the same problem - I finally decided on a modified mantilla veil, although I'm having second thoughts. I would suggest taking the pictures of yourself in the dress with you whenever you go looking at veils, and see what strikes you as a good match. Also, if you can bring a swatch of fabric with you for color matching, that's helpful too (the veil I ended up ordering on Etsy turned out to be just a shade off from my dress).

I'm wearing Christos Ivyala, and am just doing a simple strand of pearls, and an Ivory veil. Not sure about hair, etc yet.
