Wedding Dress Fabric Swatch

I need wedding help! I bought and Allure Exclusive dress from Lows Bridal in Arkansas(style 2513 in ivory/pearl/silver). I need a fabric swatch of my dress because it is more of a champagne or nude color than ivory and I need to have shoes dyed to match it. Lows says Allure wont send them a fabric sample and they wont give me a contact number to inquire on my own behalf. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. It seems crazy to me that I spent a fortune on the dress and I cant even have a fabric swatch, especially since it isnt white.

I would just find shoes that are similar in color, they certainly do not need to match exactly.  This is especially true if your dress is floor length and will most likely cover your foot completely all night.  My dress was an off-white and I bought a pair of shoes that went with the color but certainly weren't the exact color and it was fine.  Except for a cute picture that my photographer took no one ever saw them because they came off and were replaced with comfy wedged flip flops from VS.
