tuxedos with casual b-maids dresses?

hi,

this is the groom. do you get many of those here? probably not!

we went looking for tuxes today. my fiancee is worried that they will be too formal with our slightly more casual cotton bridesmaids dresses. do any of you have any insight?

i don't want my groomsmen to shell out $300 each for a suit. can i rent suits somewhere? men's wearhouse doesn't rent suits...but suits might work better with the casual dresses. the service their sucked by the way. some 18 year old kid helped us..."helped" us. he gave us pictures of tuxes and then started answering phone calls. we left. what's an 18 year old kid gonna tell me about tuxes? that's right, nothing.

yes, we don't all have black suits. we are young (i am 24 and she is 23) and some of my groomsmen are even younger (20)...so they don't own any suits of any kind. we might hit up macy's or jcpenney or even kohl's and try to buy a suit on the cheap. the thing is, a cheap suit will LOOK cheap, correct?

i kind of dig the blazer/khakis idea but it almost seems TOO casual and i have never seen that done anywhere else. all this wedding stuff is new to me.
