Veil AND Hairpiece?

I have a beautiful hair piece and also purchased a simple two tiered veil to wear with it.  Now I am second guessing myself.  Do I wear the comb to the side beneath the veil during the ceremony or do I trade the veil out for the comb at the reception?  I think they're both understated enough that I could wear them together, I'm just not sure what would look best.  Any feedback is appreciated!

I think it'd be fine to wear both. I'm wearing a hair flower (fake..big and pretty though) and a veil for the ceremony. I'll ditch the veil for the reception though and just go with the flower. I think that's fairly common, you'll be fine with both if you like that.

I'm doing two veils (like splitting the two tier veil) and a hair piece.  I'll have one comb in veil under my hair and one over my hair and the hair piece on the side.  after the ceremony I'll take off the top one and just leave the one "under" my hair and the hair piece in.

Are you getting someone else to do your hair? Im a hair dresser, and if one of my clients asked me, I'd say bring them in ahead of time so we can do a test run and just play around and see what looks the best! Noone knows ur hair better than ur hair stylist :

Thanks!  I'm definitely planning on a test run and bringing the pieces with me, but of course it never occured to me that it would be the perfect time to check them out together!  Kitty02kat, I love your idea with the double veil!
