What's the average cost for a bustle? Turns out I need a 7 point bustle and curious to know if it's a steal....

My bustle was $75 I belive. The alterations were what cost the most.

I was expecting it to be around 200 because the train is sooo heavy and the dress has pick-ups. It's only going to be 105!

My bustle was $50. My hem was the expensive part.

My hem and bustle was $125. And my bustle was a 13 point, so I thought that was reasonable.

My seamstress told me she charges $9/point.  My hem was also the most expensive alteration needed.

I am paying 240 total so I am not sure how much my bustle actually costs...the 240 includes the bustle, hem, and also my crinoline needs to be shortened.
