Can't put FOB in loud pink tie

My wedding colors are orange, pink with green accent. BM dresses are black. Flowers are orange and pink. All the men are wearing black suits (from their closets). My FH liked these (see link) loud ties from Express (which I origianlly liked too, but now having doubts).

• Groom's tie-Orange
• Best Man- Verde (green)
• Man of Honor- Raspberry (yes he's on my side)

I want my Dad's tie to work with the rest of the ties, but there is no way I will ever be able to put him in a loud pink tie. What should I do?!? HELP!!

Why don't you ask your dad to pick one of the three wedding colors.  That way he isn't left out and he feels like he has some say.  Definitley don't force a pink one on him if it makes him that uncomfortable.

I didn't vote because you shouldn't be dressing your dad.

I say let him choose his own tie, you can offer the same style as the groomsmen, but he's a grown up and I'm sure he'll pick what he's most comfortable in which will make him look and feel that much better.

The FOB, just like the MOB, does not have to match the wedding party. They are grown adults. Let them pick out their own clothes. If they ask for assistance, then help them find something coordinating.

Personally I don't want my parents to wear our wedding colors. Way too matchy matchy for my taste.

You should let your dad decide. I think you're going a little too Raindbow Bright on the colors though. Maybe tone it down a bit with the ties?
