I'm turning to you ladies for ideas/help. I am wearing Mori Lee 2302. The sample was a size too small so on the 'live' pic, the material should come up about another 1/4in. It's still only about 2-3 inches to work with above the beading in the center.
I'm hoping to make the straight neckline into a small sweetheart (i dont need the deep 'clamshell' kind of look. i know that would be very tough.) i'm going for something like these:
I know you guys are going to say "ask your seamstress". I did ask before I bought the dress, and she said it would be tough because of the vertical pleats and that I wouldn't get a FULL sweetheart. But I think she was envisioning the deep cut that well... i dont need.
Bottom line: have you ladies done this to any of your dresses, or know someone who did? I can't find someone with MY dress anywhere (which i guess is a good thing), but any news about similar styles would be helpful!
