Where to find little boy dress shirts...

I'm trying to find a bright royal blue dress shirt for my ring bearer in my wedding (size 6/7 for 6 year old). I can't seem to find anything besides like white, light blue, light yellow. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
