Junior Bridesmaid Dress Style

The girl in the front of the line of BM's appears to be a Junior BM, which is what her review states. I am also going to have a Junior BM in my wedding party and as I understand it, the Junior BM should wear a more modest version of the BM's dresses. The bride who posted this photo has done for her Junior BM exactly what I would like to do with mine - the sheer overlay as the shoulder straps of the dress to cover up the neckline in a sophisticated way, using the actual neckline of the dress as a "modesty panel" for the bust.

My question is: what would doing that be called so that I know what to ask for when I browse in stores?

We also went looking for junior bridesmaid dresses at DB but they were so tiny, they would fit maybe our flower girls!  So we went with a younger trendy type dress, different styles, but ones that would fit the girls.  The junior dresses they carried were more for girls 4-7 years old, in my experience.  We ended up with these...two of them we had the halter strap shortened.
