Hey Ladies,
I was wondering if there is such thing as an appropriate reception dress.
The one I ended up purchasing is short and about 3 inches above my knees. It has one shoulder strap that goes across my chest then the back is open in a V shape. I'm wearing it for the dancing portion of the rception.
Anyways, my mother is worried that it might be too much skin or too sexy. The funny thing is most people that are coming to our wedding would not be shocked if I wore a dress like this. My gown is a complete opposite. It's a ball gown and sweetheart neckline. I actually think that my gown would surprise people considering that it is not skintight. Anyway I wanted something that looks different than my gown. Thoughts?
