Calling all my small chested ladies!

My dress is strapless, corset back which requires no bra. However, since it is a corset, my small boobs are pushed in and flattened out. With that said, can my seamstress sew in breast cups with gel inserts? Do they really work? The material is rather thick and beaded, so you wouldn't see them. Thoughts?

any seamstress should be able to sew cups in.

I am the same boat.  I am having regular foam cups sewn in.  I am actually having two cups sewn on each side.  It even gives me cleavage- almost like I got a boob job.  If you don't want it to look that darastic, they have all different sizes.  It looks natural too.
