The belt of crystals is not part of the dress - its only something I am considering adding.. but it comes with a pretty price tag as well... let me know what you think!

You dress is beautiful and I do think that you should have something at the waist.  If the belt you're wearing in the picture is too much $$$, you should look on Etsy.  A lot of the people on there can custom make you something for probably a fraction on what that belt costs.

I think I would actually prefer it without the belt, but I'm biased because I prefer very simple, classic designs.  Otherwise, you look gorgeous in it, I love the fabric and fit on you!

I do like the belt; it gives a simple dress a little something special & unique. And I agree with a PP--you could definitely find something similar (& cheaper!) on Etsy. Or even make one yourself!

I think it is great, I love the pattern with the layers how they are without the belt. For some more jazz you could do a nice necklace.

Very elegant dress, the fabric looks very rich.
I'm on the fence about the belt though. The dress would look lovely without it too.

Love the dress! I agree with the above poster to just wear a fancy necklace to really dress it up. I think a belt may bother you during the day.
