What ever you do DO NOT BUY YOUR BRIDAL ATTIRE @ Bridal by Elaina's in Severna Park. I ordered my wedding gown on January 23rd of 2010, for my upcoming wedding in September 2010. At first, the shop was very helpful with helping me find the dress of my dreams for my special day, found "the" perfect dress and worked with Elaina herself to order my dress that day. Placed the order in January and received a call the second week of April that my dress was in!! I was surprised because my dress was coming directly from Austrailla and I was worried at that point because it was really early- the dress shop told me at least 3-4 months! I made the appointment with the dress shop to go pay off my dress and get my first fitting. Went there on May the 7th and they got my dress from the back and I was looking at it and determined it was the same dress that was on display and the same dress I tried on!!!!!!!!! They never ordered my dress, I asked the shop "is this the display/floor" dress, at first they said, let me check. I thought, "LET ME CHECK" - So at that point, I was in tears and they were not apologetic AT ALL! My mom & I got our money back and still haven't heard from them! DON'T EVER GO TO THIS SHOP!
