ok to wear the lace jacket in the church?

my dress came with the lace jacket. (amazing deal, sample dress!)  I am having a church wedding, so it wont be cold, but I am very self conscious of my arms.  Would it be wierd to wear the jacket when I walk down the isle?  The lady at the dress shop mentioned like 3 times that I dont have to wear it when I walk down the isle, so I thought maybe she was telling me I shouldnt.

Not at all weird to wear it if you want to. It'd be very pretty. She probably just kept saying you didn't have to because a lot of girls only want the strapless or something without a jacekt.

I don't think it's weird at all to wear it.  If anything I think it makes sense to wear it during the ceremony (more conservative if you're in a church) and take it off for the reception.

I'm wearing a lace bolero over my strapless dress for the ceremony - possibly the reception, depending.

It definitely makes more sense to wear it in the church and not later, rather than vice versa.... I can't see why you wouldn't wear it in the church and would later :S
