My candle lighters and flower girls are a little bit older than the average little girl attendants. My candle lighters will be in 5th grade and my flower girls are going into 2nd. Two of the girls are still able to wear the the the set of sisters where one is a flower girl and one is a candle lighter, can still wear dresses sized for an average build little girl. However, the other set is bigger than the average little girl build. They are able to fit in the largest size of each little girls gown now and I am nervous they will out grow their dresses by December.
Has anyone else run into this sort of thing? Are their any designers that have bridesmaid dresses for younger girls? I want each of the girls to feel comfortable and good about themselves in the dresses we choose, I am just not sure what to do.
We are were told by the bridal store that we are working with that the dresses would most likely need to be ordered by the end of next week to ensure they arrive with enough time to make alterations.
Any advice would be great!
