My FI is going to wear a black tux with a tie, and we were leaning towards a grey/silver tie. However, the owner of the fancy tux place was trying to lure us away from that, saying that silver ties on a groom don't go with a bride wearing ivory. He tried putting an ivory tie on my FI, but I hate it. So let me ask you girls... can a groom wear a silver/grey tie and a bride an ivory dress??
