After a few days of shopping around for bridesmaids dress that would look right on all of my girls we finally decided on a dress and a color. This dress was offered only at one store. The first time we were there the ladies were very helpful and nice. However when we returned, the ladies got really snarky. I was looking at a brides catalogue while the girls were getting sized and I seen a dress I liked. I went to the desk to ask if they had the dress in the store. The lady in very aggravated way pointed to one half of the store and said “its over there somewhere” she then rolled her eyes and continued reading her book. Not once did anyone get up to try to help me find it. Also we have ordered the bridesmaids dresses over a month ago, and the order has not even been sent it. I put down the down payments on all the dresses and they keep telling me its non- refundable, even though they have not even put the order in yet!! I can guarantee I will not return to this shop for my own dress. However how do I make this as pleasant as possible for my girls, and after repeated attempts to tell them to order the dresses (they have all the measurements) when is long enough to be able to get the down payment back if they don’t order them?
