My FI's mother passed away about 10 years ago and she loved jewelry. When we were cleaning out his house after his dad passed away 3 years ago, we found a jewelry box of hers that included a beautiful strand of ivory pearls.
After we got engaged, I thought it would be a nice way to incorporate her memory to wear the pearls (he is okay with it and actually really liked the idea). Now I'm trying to figure out what type of earrings. Do I go for just a simple pearl earring or jazz it up a little with something like a drop earring with pearls and diamons?
