I bought my veil online during the Rue La La bridal sale. I'm delighted with it in general, especially since I saved so much money. But since it was shipped to me of course it arrived all folded up and is now wrinkled beyond belief. I've had it hanging in the closet with my dress, but it's a fairly stiff tulle fabric and the wrinkles haven't come out.
I assume that when I start my alterations I can bring it with me and the dress shop can steam it, but I just wondered if anyone knows if that's effective...I'm also concerned now about transporting it wrinkle-free, as my wedding is up in NH and I am in the DC area and will be driving it up there for the wedding.
