convertible BM dress

Does anyone have experience with either the two birds or VS convertible dress for bridesmaids?  I really like the idea of these because of their versatility, but I'm concerned that this type of dress might not look great on all body types.  Thoughts?

I think that would be tough if the BMs want to wear bras. If they are all slim and small chested, it could work, but get their opinions first. I do really like that style but just not sure how it would work on someone not a model. I've seen it in person and thought to myself, hmm, that girl needs a bra.

I have the VS ruched convertible dress.  I love it.  I wore a bra with it, but I wore it the covered, v neck way.
