
Ok - so I know with the size of the picture it's difficult to see but I need everyone's help (link to fullsize pic below).
The problem I'm having is back in March, my fiance and I agreed to have a custom ring made to match my pink gold/chocolate diamond Levian engagement ring (bottom ring in pic). The Kay Jewelers associate assured us this would be no problem at all so we paid $1,140 to have this made (the original ring in white gold is sold for $499). After 5 mos and 4-5 tries to get the chocolate diamond colors to match they are unsuccessful. At this point I am beyond frustrated and have been trying to pursue a refund with their customer service, who after 2 weeks of back-and-forth are still refusing the return since it is a custom order and has been in my posession. I am further frustrated with the customer service dept because every time i call i get a different person, am on hold 5-10 mins and then am transferred to a voicemail where it always takes someone 3 days to get back to me. It has been an extremely long process to even get a "no" from them and i am at my wits end as a consumer. The are adamant that the diamonds in the band are a perfect match to the engagement ring.
