Here is the link to my dress.. I am wondering with all the bead work and everything if it would look better without a necklace or with? And how about earrings.. should I go big or small??

I vote for a simple/classic pearl necklace that fits close to the neck and matching pearl earrings/bracelet.  Maybe something with a little sparkle with it as well.

Looks like based on the pictures on the website that you good do a neckace, but remember to balance it out if you choose a necklace go with smaller earrings and if you dont do a neckace you can wear bigger earrings

I  would say a sparkling pair of chandelier earrings and a bracelet to match. I would not do the necklace, in fear it may contrast with the beautiful beading!

I'm completely obsessed with etsy and all the bridal accessories there!! Since your dress has a lot of swarovski beading on it, I vote for a swarovski crystal necklace. This one is from www.somethingjeweled.etsy.com. i think this seller also makes little teardrop earrings to match.
