How to attach a mantilla veil to my head....

Hello Ladies,

I will be wearing a lace mantilla but for the life of me I can't envision how to keep the veil on my head...  I would think that a bobby pin would tear the lace... A fancy hat pin?  Sewing the mantilla to a comb? 

Any and all suggestions are most welcomed!

hi there, I'm also wearing a mantilla and it's sowed to a comb. That's how I've seen all other mantillas worn. Here's a tip: use a metal comb and not a plastic one. The plastic can brake if your mantilla is heavy or if it gets pulled.

i want to wear a mantilla veil too and wondered the same thing. i figure my hairdresser would be able to attach it for me.
