is my dress too short?!?

Ok ladies, so I've found a dress that i LOVE.  It fits me like a glove, no alterations would be necessary, etc.  The only thing I'm worried about is if it's too short.  What do yall think?  I'd be wearing pretty satin or rhinestoney flats instead of socks :)  Do you think anyone would really notice that it's a tad short?
Thanks for the input!

I think it looks great but might look short if you wear certain shoes like high heels
  • I don't think it looks too short at all.  Thats probably about where it would have been hemmed anyway.  Just don't get set on wearing heels, because then it will be too short.  With flats it will be fine.
  • I don't think it looks too short, a lot of times it's hemmed that way so that you dont trip on it walking. The pictures don't even look like the same dress though, is one the front and one the back (stupid question? haha)?

  • haha i didn't even notice that!! yes the top pic is the side of the dress and the bottom pic is the front :) thanks for the input!! i feel better now!!!
  • I think it looks great
  • Yes, my dress was hemmed slightly above the ground and I agree with pp's that it would be about that length anyway, although you will need to stick with your plan to wear flats.
Whoever said it was supposed to be happily ever after is a big fat liar.
  • Mine had to be like that or I stepped on it walking and tripped.

  • As long as you don't wear heels that are too high it should be fine. It looks to be only 3/4 " off the ground. Which is good so you won't step all over it.
