Necklace with this dress? (PIP)

I'm looking for some input as to what style of necklace, if any, would look best with this dress. I am looking for a headband to wear as well, something slightly sparkly but not too over-the-top. I am thinking of wearing a necklace similar to the one in the photos, but with a different pendant that belonged to my late grandmother, and with my hair in a low up-do in the back. Will my neck and shoulders look too bare? TIA.

ETA: Sorry the second photo is so small. But it's a ball-gown style with pick-ups.

    I'm not sure I'd even wear a necklace.  The dress has beautiful detailing on the bodice as it is.  I'd probably just do long earrings and a headband.

    Long sparkly earrings. The dress already has beautiful detail mentioned above. Plus - the earrings will bring the eye up to your face rather than your chest.
