Tell us more about you guys making an offer on the house!!! How did it go? What was it like? Anything you'd like to share with us?  

We might make an offer sometime this week, maybe as early as tonight. SO nervous!!!

Any advice from you ladies too??

We did make an offer! Its about $17K less then they wanted so we are waiting to see what happens!

FSIL is making offers on houses, and is super stressed about it because they have not heard back in awhile; I hope you fare better!
