Dress dilemma.. can't decide which one!

Okay, so I have a problem.

Right after I got engaged, I went dress shopping and lo and behold, I found the perfect dress that day. It was for sale ($650!!!!!) off the rack, and I just HAD to go for it. (I love the dress, and the price could not be beat!!!) It does need some alterations, however it is perfect...

So I thought.

Fast forward months later, I am with my best friend shopping for dresses for HER wedding, and we both stumble across this gorgeous gown.. she tells me I should just try it on (I couldn't stop going over to it and eyeing it up). So I try it on against my better judgement. When I looked at myself in the mirror, I was absolutely blown away. My best friend started crying (and she is NOT the sentimental type). It was absolutely stunning on me. Amazing. And it's $799 (same price as the first dress is going to be after the alterations).

Now I have a dilemma. I thought I felt that the stars aligned when I found the first dress, however when I tried on the second dress I truly felt what it's like to be a beautiful bride. There were NO DOUBTS about that dress, it is absolutely perfect on me in a level I thought never existed!!!

One of my other girlfriends seems to think I'm feeling this way because it's been a long time since I tried on the first dress, and it doesn't feel "new" like the second dress. She could be right, but I'm not sure. I just can't get this second dress out of my mind.

As far as the wedding, it's a backyard garden-style wedding.

Here are pics of the first dress. It's a Sottero & Midgley (Maggie Sottero). I was able to take some pics while I was trying it on!

And here is the second dress (it's a Mia Solano) (not pic of me trying it on, however believe me when I say that it is STUNNING!!)

Does anyone have any advice they would like to share with me? I'm totally lost!!! :(   Oh! I included a poll too, to get some feedback. Thanks ladies!!!
