Thank you!  I have emailed the seller on the once wed website (twice!) and I am not sure I can size down an 8 and keep the dress looking good.  Thank you again, I so appreciate the help!

Typically you can alter a dress down 2 sizes before the overall look and structure of a dress becomes an issue.
