I'm choosing between two gowns, and I think the decision will come down to the fabric. Does anyone know anything about suede taffeta and whether it wrinkles much? Or can you point me to a good online fabric guide?
Some background: I thought one gown was silk, as did the bridal consultant, but she said she'd have to check her files to confirm the blend. When I looked up the gown on the designer's website, the fabric listed was suede taffeta. I know taffeta can be either silk or polyester, but I can't find anything about suede taffeta by Googling it. The other gown is a slightly stiffer silk blend, and I was really hoping for a silk dress. I need to decide quickly (by Tuesday when the shops reopen), because both are designer samples on which I've been offered deep discounts.
