What to do with Grandma's Ring?

So I have a dilemma. I have my grandma's wedding ring that was given to me after she passed away, and now that I am getting married I would like to incorporate it into my wedding somehow. There are several problems however. It's a solitaire ring that is missing the stone, and a few years ago I looked at getting a new one for it and it would cost nearly $800 get a diamond and restore the ring to it's original condition. Since my FI and I are on a budget, this poses a problem. I considered getting a fake (CZ) setting, just for my wedding and later replacing it with a real one when I can afford it, but that seems somehow... wrong or deceitful.

Any ideas or suggestions as to how I can incorporate this piece of family jewelry into my big day?

(sorry it's sideways, it's not on when I pull it up on my computer and I can't fix it on here)
