Anyone know the designer for this dress?

I am in love with this dress but can't find the designer. Does anyone know, or know of a designer like this?

    From what I can find online it is by a etsy.com designer (clicky). I do not see it in her inventory. I am sure if you message her you could get more info. From what I found online it say it was $650.00. Good luck

    Found it. Appears to be a Vietnamese designer, sophie design. Here is a translated page about the dresses she designs (clicky). Not sure how you would order it or how much it costs...

    Edit: I think these were only concept dresses. I don't think you can buy this and it would probably be SUPER expensive if you could.
