dress issues!

I have less boobs than my dress needs and I don't want to spend the entire wedding worrying about falling out or being modest. Any suggestions on how to keep my dress up and comortable? it's a low back, so many types of bras are out of the question.

Re: dress issues!

  • have your alterationist sew in cups. it is really simple, comfortable, and not expensive to do.
  • get the dress altered so it fits you properly. as well i've heard of these chicken cutlet looking things that stick onto your boobs. my friend recommended them for backless dresses but i haven't used them.
  • There is a bra you can get at Victoria's Secret. I am not sure if it is the 7 way or multi way. Anyhow you can put it so it has a low back and still gives you support. That and getting the alterations to fit you, You should have no problems.

  • Hey, check out this Nubra. Here is the link: http://www.amazon.com/Nubra-Self-Adhesive-Silicone-Bra/dp/B000ALEX8Y
My friend wore one at a special formal occasion we went to and I wish that I had bought one. It had a material that will keep your dress from slipping. If you bought that along with getting it altered a little, I think you would feel very comfortable. Good Luck!!!
  • I also have a low back dress and I got the Victorial Secret Very Sexy Multiway bra.  It seems to work fine, but then again I am very small chested, so I don't know if it will work for everyone.

  • Dress tape-- it's clear double-side tape to use on the body-- also see about stick-on cups and have the dress altered to fit your body/undergarments
