Sweaty Feet

Does anybody else have an issue with their feet getting sweaty after awhile of wearing heels? Or am I just a moist weirdo?

Is there such a thing as a heel insert to keep my feet from sliding forward in the shoe? Or are there any other methods I can use?

i know someone who use baby powder to help absorb the sweat.  i would think it can get cakey (eww!) but she says it doesn't.  never tried it.

^^ I ordered some of this last time there was a thread about it and it came a week or so ago.  It is AWESOME.  Absolutely love it.

I have clear vinyl Cinderella shoes and when I posted a question about how to avoid them making my feet sweat someone suggested that I use an otc anti-perspirant called CertainDri.  They said to start using it 2 weeks before the wedding so it would have time to take effect.

I have heard of ladies using spray deoderant on their feet to help with this problem, I haven't tried it myself though.

i got these cushions called "sock-shions" from Sheec. They are AMAZING!!! They are like a two in one sock + cushion! My feet had added cushion and on top of that since it's like a sock it absorbs the sweat (not like the gel pads that get sticky and gross!). EVERY bride should get these for heels or flats. You can buy them at sheecs.com (And now I wear them to work with my work shoes...just amazing!!)

For all you July brides there is a sale going on for Sheec on amazon.com right now! I wish there was this deal when I got married! It's 10% discount and also free shipping if you purchase $25 or more. I got these for my entire bridal party and it would have been great if they had them then. Anyway check it out. Go to amazon.com and type i sheec and look for the sock-shions. Promo code: AMZ10SS7. Enjoy!
