I'm not a very fancy person, and I'm not the biggest fan of actual bridal salons (I got to experience them firsthand while helping my best friend pick out her wedding dress), so I'm leaning more towards getting my wedding gown at a department store that has a department geared specifically towards weddings. I know Nordstrom and Macy's have wedding departments, and I plan to check them out, as well as the Jessica McClintock store in the local mall. Does anyone have any suggestions for other well-known department stores to check out? Any good/bad experiences with any of them you'd want to share?
