Hey gang. I've heard several ladies mention having trouble finding your exact favorite dress in a brick-and-mortar store to actually try on. I'm running into the same thing -- I took a list of 10 dresses with me to the bridal salon yesterday and they had NONE of them as samples. I wound up trying on other things in the various silhouettes and fabrics that I like, but obviously it's not quite the same because they aren't the ones I was envisioning.
Does anyone have experience buying your dress online after just guessing what will look good on you based on an incomplete salon visit? Did it work out? How did you ensure that your measurements were accurate?
I'm kinda scared to try this, but I know the odds of finding my perfect dress in one of the few stores near me aren't great.
So far, being a Gray is pretty awesome.
