I have my heart set on an off the shoulder dress, but the options out there are extremely limited. I don't want to sacrifice the other great features of the dress for the one desired feature and be limited on my choices. Do you think any bridal salon can turn a strapless gown into and off the shoulder one and still make it look like it was naturally part of the dress? I don't want it to be an after thought.
