Does anyone know who makes this dress??

I was browsing through a photographers' work and saw this dress. I love how the lace is right on the dress and there's that space in between to break it up.
Anyone know who makes it?

    I thought about that a while back, but wasn't sure if I'd bother her... But I just emailed her to see if she knew... I guess it can't hurt to try!
    While I love the top of that dress and how well-done that lace is, I would actually prefer a slimmer bottom and not the huge poof. Does anyone have any suggestions on a dress with that description? I'm in the Sacramento, CA area for my fellow locals...

    Google the "Cameron" dress by Modern Trousseau.  It is satin the bottom, which doesn't really show in some of the online picks.  Is that close?

    I actually really like the "carson" dress by Modern Trousseau. I have no idea who carries that designer in Sacramento, CA though.
